共享经济与新兴人力资源管理模式

A Study of Human Resource Management Patterns in Sharing Economy——Taking Airbnb as an Example
摘要:近几年来,世界各地各个领域纷纷出现了一股共享经济热潮,其中尤以Airbnb、Uber为典型代表,对整个社会带来了举足轻重的影响。本文以此为研究背景,总结了当前共享经济模式下人力资源管理的四项特征:松散型人力资源、人力资源全球库、市场化结算体系、依托移动互联网。并以此为基础研究共享经济典范Airbnb在人力资源管理领域的成功经验,从甄选与招募、上岗与培训、考核与绩效、保障与激励四大方面加以总结和概括,为共享经济时代下人力资源管理提供理论参考和实践启示。
Recent years, sharing economy has been popular all around the world. Sharing platforms such as Airbnb and Uber have dramatically changed the society. Based on this,we sum up the four features of haman resource management patterns in sharing economy era共享经济人力资源管理, that is loose human resource, global human resource pool, market settlement system, and Internet bases. In addition,we also take Airbnb as an example to summarize success experience from the four aspects of recruitment共享经济人力资源管理, training, evaluation and motivation, so as to provide useful insights for human resource management in sharing economy era.
